Agape

Hungerford and Lambourn Methodist Churches joined together recently and took part in an Agape Meal based around the Wedding at Cana.
People were invited to imagine themselves as guests or servants at the wedding feast, and how they might have felt as the drama unfolded.
During the Agape Meal there was the opportunity to eat cake whilst reflecting on 'highpoints' of the previous week and to see God at work through these times, followed by apple juice with a time of thanksgiving prayer.
