The Kennet and Test Valley Circuit offers a warm welcome to visitors at any one of our nine Churches where we worship in a variety of different styles. Within each Church you will have the opportunity to deepen your faith, learn of the work of the Churches and be involved in the spiritual life of our communities.
The Kennet and Test Valley Methodist Circuit was formed by the amalgamation of the former Newbury and Hungerford Circuit and the Andover Circuit. It began its existence in September 2010 and consists of nine Churches with approximately 500 members.
We have three full-time members of Ministerial staff (a Superintendent minister and two other Presbyters), a part-time Pastoral Development Worker and a part-time Administrator. We also have a Spirituality Pioneer Minister who is developing some work on spirituality and mindfulness. In addition, we are supported by a team of active Supernumerary Presbyters who provide vital assistance with preaching and leading worship across the Circuit and who also take on other roles, in keeping with their gifts and graces. See Who's Who for further information.
